For the IRHRSA Executive team for 2023-24, our mission was to set our community up for success through workshops and events that led to professional and personal growth. Part of the mission also included leaving a toolkit or guide for students to use for years to come. The Networking Guide for 2023-24 does just that by giving students the chance to prepare for virtual and in-person networking.
