As an official member of the Arts and Science Students’ Union (ASSU), the IRHRSA represents students in Industrial Relations and Human Resources (IRHR), Work and Organization (WO), and the Certificate in Human Resource Management (CHRM).
Our mission is to foster an environment that equips students with the resources to gain practical experience, build transferable skills, and expand their professional network across HR, labour relations, business, consulting, and legal sectors.
We carry this mission forward through social initiatives, career development workshops, and an annual networking event that connects students with industry professionals across Toronto, while working with the CIRHR to develop and strengthen the student experience.
